Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Rights

Cancellation is only applicable for online cloud product purchases. All cancellations must be requested by email at no longer than two (2) working days after the first purchase of a yearly / quarterly / monthly paid subscription service before first time use of the product. If you are already a customer using the product then cancellation does not apply. 

To schedule an online appointment to discuss about cancellation, please send a cancellation request email to support@areteits.com. We will connect with you during our business hours of 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday to Friday. 

Please note that if you cancel, any special pricing agreed upon will be void. If you wish to repurchase at a later date you must renew at the non-reduced, normal price for that product or service.

You are entitled to cancel your order before making the payment / completing the transaction.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement and refer the transaction number in the email. You can inform us of your decision by email: support@areteits.com

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Your reimbursement of the order will be done within ten (10) working days of receiving the cancellation mail barring any discrepancies.
