The following terms are applicable for any services / products that you purchased with us.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Arête Informatics’ Solutions Private Limited, 4th Floor, 160/159/166/47, Hosur Road, Singasandra, Near To Chevrolet Showroom, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068, India.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website/Application/Software.
Website refers to arête, accessible from https://www.areteits.com/online-sales
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Conditions for Refund / Returns
In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
• The products/services were purchased in the last 14 days.
• The services are used only for the test purpose.
The following product / service cannot be returned:
A. The development of product made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
B. The cloud solutions that you have already accessed and started it’s utilization.
C. Cloud solutions that you have already purchased, where training has been provided and product credentials are used by yourself or your team.
D. Installable software / solutions that are already installed within your systems / computers / servers.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any services / products that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced products may be refunded. Unfortunately, products on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Yearly / Quarterly / Monthly Subscriptions
If any time during your first seven (7) days using our product you are dissatisfied, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to resolve your issue, provide a solution or give a timeline for a solution that will be fixed. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer you a FULL REFUND for your purchase based on internal policies and procedures.
NOTE: Refunds are not accepted if the services are used more than seven (7) days and are used for solely commercial purpose within the refund period.
